POSTERS (mandatory for all participants):

You must bring your poster printed in a A0 format with a portail orientation. There is no way to print the posters at Cargese

Bus schedule:

For the moment we do not have the bus schedule, we will let you know as soon as we have them. For people ariving late on the 30th we will arrange taxis to drive you to Cargese from Ajaccio.

Application procedure:

  • To apply please fill the Pre-registration form. This will include a short description of your motivation to attend the school and the tentative title of your poster.
  • Preselected applicants will be informed of the decision of the organizing comittee by email. All the information for the formal registration will be given in the same email.

Notice of acceptance and formal registration from June 1st 2024

Fees:

The registration fees cover lunch and coffee breaks, bus from Ajaccio to the IESC (round trip), lodging at the institute/hotel (from 30/09 to 12/10; outside this time you should arrange your  accomodation privately), excursion, welcome cocktail and one gala dinners. Evening meals and breakfasts are not included. All hotel reservations are managed by the organizing committee.

Registration fees for CNRS participants are fully supported by "formation permanente" (only registration fees).

Paritcipants from public/private institutions: 1 100 euros/participant.

5 scholarships will be awarded to PhD students (upon request), which will cover registration fees but not travel costs.
