Important informations

Application procedure:

  • To apply please fill the Pre-registration form. This will include a short description of your motivation to attend the school and the tentative title of your poster.
  • Preselected applicants will be informed of the decision of the organizing comittee by email. All the information for the formal registration will be given in the same email.

Timeline:

Pre-registration from February 1st 2024

Pre-registration deadline: April 30th 2024

Notice of acceptance and formal registration from June 1st 2024

Fees:

The registration fees cover lunch and coffee breaks, lodging at the institute/hotel, excursion, welcome cocktails and two gala dinners. Evening meals and breakfasts are not included.

CNRS participants are fully supported by "formation permanente".

Paritcipants from public/private institutions: 1 100 euros/participant.

5 scholarships will be awarded to PhD students (upon request), which will cover registration fees but not travel costs.
